About Us
Style Dance Academy was founded in 2003 by Richard & Lisa Dyke. In its 10 years of opening the school have trained dancers in freestyle disco from the ages of 3 to 20 years and acheived premier championship status with many of their dancers. Style prides itself in acheiving top results at national & international competitions including winners & finalists in some of freestyles biggest competitions; Disco Kid, Eurodance, Scottish International, The Worlds, The Europeans.
Style holds classes in four different locations across the UK; Bristol, Bath Cannock and Birmingham. Children of all ages can enjoy classes whether they are a complete novice or had previous dance training. Style offer a friendly environment where children can enjoy themselves, with aspects of discipline for children who want to achieve their potential.
Style offer opportunities to compete in freestyle competitions across the UK, from an under 6 beginner to an over 18 premier championship dancer. Children can win titles, trophies, sashes and prizes. Competitions help children become more determined and confident individuals.
